How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 7-15 business days and delivered in 2-5 business days after shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the US only.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Email shop@ozla.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit or exchanges only. Cash refunds are available only for damaged or defective items.

Who pays for return shipping?

How do I care for my loungewear?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. See care label on each item for specific instructions.
